Job Summary

NewCompliance is looking for an organized and pro-active (junior) Recruiter, to join the HR (Human Resources) team and help drive recruitment forward across The Netherlands and the USA.

You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for Healthcare.

As a (junior) Recruiter will work closely with the Head of Recruitment and the COS-HR and several hiring managers, in support of the business’ hiring needs. In line with our vision to offer an outstanding candidate and manager experience, the (junior) Recruiter will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across all hiring activity. This is a high-volume and fast-paced role where you will touch the lives of hundreds of candidates and play an integral role in the hiring process.

NewCompliance is looking for a (junior) Recruiter for a minimum of 20 hours a week.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment campaigns in consultation with line management, HR and Marketing & Communications;
  • Maintain candidate database through proactive management of the applicant tracking system;
  • Coordinate the advertisement of roles on our website, LinkedIn and any other required job boards;
  • Proactive searching and approaching suitable candidates via LinkedIn and others;
  • Schedule candidate interviews, book meeting rooms and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates. This involves coordinating schedules with applicants and interviewers, creating calendar invitations, sending interview confirmations to candidates, monitoring inboxes, and reconciling any interview cancellations;
  • Undertake general administrative duties (e.g. answering emails, calls, photocopies, etc.);
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite;
  • Handle records and paperwork;
  • Additional adhoc duties as needed;
  • Active with other HR-related activities are possible in the (near) future.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (related field);
  • 1-3 years recruitment experience (for example within a recruitment agency);
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proven self-motivator;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Dutch and English);
  • Strong customer service and people skills.
